THE HIGH INTEGRITY SELLING SYSTEM · THE MINDSET UNDERNEATH IT

High Integrity is a mindset that translates into deal control.

The High Integrity Mindset unlocks the potential in every buyer conversation

  1. 1

    THE STAKES ARE THEIRS

Your champion and economic buyer have more at stake in solving this than you do. The hard questions your team asks are a service, not an imposition.

  2. 2

YOU’VE DONE THIS BEFORE. THEY HAVEN’T.

Your capabilities, implemented, have delivered the outcome they need, many times. Deal control comes when they trust you can, and will, get them there.

  3. 3

    TRUST IS PROFESSIONAL

Rapport gets you liked. Understanding their business gets you trusted. And you stay only while the benefit is mutual. Executives respect sellers who qualify time effectively.

HOW IT SOUNDS IN THE ROOM

EARLY · HUMILITY TO EARN THE RIGHT TO ASK & ADVISE

  • Discovery that clarifies and frames the problem and solution. For the buyer and seller. The questions themselves educate the buyer.

LATER · EGO TO BE A TRUSTED ADVISOR

  • Co-create the future state and the decision criteria. Now you met them where they are, you earned the right to say what matters, and why.

This mindset is the unlock.

WHY PROGRAMS FAIL

IMPOSTER SYNDROME WINS

  • Fear beats conviction in the moment of truth.

    WHAT WE DO ABOUT IT

We teach your sellers to clarify the buyer’s problem first. That earns them the right to co-create the future state and its decision criteria.

THE HIGH INTEGRITY SELLING SYSTEM · ALIGN THE ORGANIZATION

Messaging aligns the organization to execute the strategy.

WHAT YOU HAVE AT THE END: ONE MESSAGE FOUNDATION

OWNER: PRODUCT

Product and services

Product interactions defend the message.

OWNER: FIELD

Conversational messaging

Personalized, two-way conversations.

OWNER: MARKETING

Marketing content

Emotion-evoking, one-way conversations.

THE CONVERSATIONAL METHODOLOGY

The structure that turns the foundation into compelling, consistent conversations

One Message Foundation

OWNER: THE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM

The problems we solvewhose problems they arehow we solve them in a differentiated mannerwhy someone will believe the new rep

WHY PROGRAMS FAIL

ALIGNMENT IS LACKING

  • They never achieve cross-functional alignment.

    WHAT WE DO ABOUT IT

We have your leadership team build the message themselves. It carries their best tribal knowledge and institutional wisdom, so they take it back and drive it through their teams.

  • They aim at sales and leave out every other selling role.

    WHAT WE DO ABOUT IT

We build the company’s One Message Foundation. We give pre and post sales teams conversational messaging, give product a structure to drive market requirements, and give marketing a usable messaging house that flows to campaigns.

  • They forget the strategy they came from.

    WHAT WE DO ABOUT IT

We build the message on your strategy: your market, means, math, mediums and management. The message is how that strategy gets executed.

THE HIGH INTEGRITY SELLING SYSTEM · ENERGIZE THE GTM TEAM TO ACT ON THAT MESSAGE

Training is where it starts. The behavior that holds is the focus.

WHY PROGRAMS FAIL

ENERGY FADES, WITHOUT THE HOW

  • They never equip the front lines to lead from the front.

    WHAT WE DO ABOUT IT

We enable the managers to lead from the front before the training (and after). The people who will coach it are read in before their teams are enabled.

  • They stop at what. They never get to how.

    WHAT WE DO ABOUT IT

We teach the how. Your message and one structure, in each seller’s own style.

WHAT MOST METHODOLOGY PROVIDE

  • What to do.
  • When to do it.
  • Who to do it with.

WHAT IS RARELY TAUGHT WELL: THE HOW

  • How to run discovery.
  • How to have a compelling conversation.
  • How to build the mutual success plan.

THE HOW, IN FOUR QUESTIONS

  1. 1

How are you handling this today?

  2. 2

What are the implications of operating that way?

  3. 3

What would the impact be of having the capability?

  4. 4

Should we add that to your list of required capabilities?

Most methodologies stop at the “what.” Behavior lives in the “how.”

The conversational methodology, in full

The structure: co-creating the buyer's story

Every deal that has ever closed well had the same four movements in it, whether the seller knew it or not.

  • One. Current state, and its implications.

What is true today, and what it costs them in revenue, cost, risk or mission. Most discovery stops one question short of this.

  • Two. Future state, and its impact.

Where they want to be and what it is worth when they get there, in their words rather than in your product's words.

  • Three. Required capabilities.

What has to be true to bridge the two. This is where your differentiators become their decision criteria, which is where margin lives.

  • Four. How we will both measure it.

The metrics that prove the future state arrived, agreed inside the conversation rather than invented later in a business case.

The word co-create is doing real work there. The seller is not presenting this story. The seller is asking the questions that let the buyer build it, in the buyer's own language, so that the buyer ends up holding a story they wrote. Once that story is in the buyer's head you barely need the seller any more, except for terms and conditions.

Where it sits, and what it does not replace

Three different things get called a sales methodology, and the confusion is why so many rollouts fade.

When
An engagement process
Maps the macro sequence of events required to buy and to sell.
What, who, when
A qualification framework
Progresses the right deal, the right way, with the right people, at the right time.
How
A conversational methodology
How field execution actually happens: consistent, value-based conversations at scale.

Elite discovery

Six things separate a discovery call that builds trust from one that fills in a CRM.

Open-ended questions. Hypothesis-based mutual learning, where the question carries a point of view rather than fishing. Depth, taken all the way to implications and economic impact. Taking the hypothesis to its natural conclusion, which is the buyer naming a capability they now require. Respect for the buyer's time and intelligence throughout. And summarising, out loud and in writing, to cultivate the narrative.

THE HIGH INTEGRITY SELLING SYSTEM · SUSTAIN THE BEHAVIORS

Coaching turns skills into habits. Habit becomes culture.

WHY PROGRAMS FAIL

THEY DIE WITHOUT CHANGE MANAGEMENT

  • They are built as training programs, not as change programs.

    WHAT WE DO ABOUT IT

We coach your managers while they coach live deals, every week, until it is how your team works. They own it from day one. I do not.

  • Executives tinker before behaviors form.

    WHAT WE DO ABOUT IT

We agree the leading-indicator behaviors up front and measure them from the first week, so you see it working before the revenue moves and nobody changes course early.

WHAT MAKES IT HOLD

YOUR MANAGERS
Coach the how on live deals, and are coached on their coaching until they own it.
AN AI COACH
Built on your message and the method, so every seller has the coach between sessions, on every deal.
LEADING INDICATORS
Behaviors weekly, leading indicators quarterly. You see it working before the revenue moves.

Then I leave.

It lasts because your front-line leaders own it. Successful behaviors and their leading indicators are clear.

HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS

From week one to the day your managers run it.

  1. WEEK 1

    ALIGN

Discovery and executive alignment. Customer and team interviews. Your leadership team agrees audiences, critical problems and differentiators.

  2. WEEKS 2 TO 4

    ALIGN

The messaging workshop. The cross-functional team infuses tribal knowledge into a scalable structure. The Conversational Messaging Guide follows.

  3. MONTH 2

    ENERGIZE

Managers trained first, then the field, using their own live deals. Role play the week after.

  4. MONTHS 2 TO 4

    SUSTAIN

Live-deal coaching every week. Managers watch three sessions, then lead three. Leading indicators every other week.

  5. FROM MONTH 4

    YOURS

Your managers run the coaching. Marketing owns the guide. The custom GPT carries the method between sessions.

When it is complete, your managers coach the methodology, and your marketers maintain the message.

WHO MUST BE ENGAGED

Who must be engaged, and what happens if they are not.

  • The CEO (or GM in multi-BU orgs)

    THEIR PART

Champions it out loud and lets the program run its course. Not sponsors it. Champions it.

    IF THEY ARE NOT

The difference shows up in month four.

  • The leadership team

    Product, marketing, sales, customer success

    THEIR PART

In the room when the message gets built, so they author it themselves and field reality is in it from the first draft.

    IF THEY ARE NOT

Marketing writes the message alone, and nobody owns the translation.

  • Front-line managers

    THEIR PART

Trained before the field. Coached on their coaching. Then they own it.

    IF THEY ARE NOT

It is built as training, not as change management, and it does not last.

  • Everyone who talks to a buyer

    THEIR PART

Brings a real, open deal to training and to coaching. Mandatory role plays turn learned skills into muscle memory.

    IF THEY ARE NOT

They agree in the room and sell the old way on Monday. Conversion rates don’t move.

  • Marketing

    THEIR PART

Owns the guide after I leave, and reviews the leading indicators with me.

    IF THEY ARE NOT

Nobody owns the message, and nobody sees it working before the revenue moves.

HOW WE WILL MEASURE IT

Behaviors weekly. Leading indicators quarterly. Revenue last.

  • Behaviors, weekly.

Open questions asked. The hypothesis carried inside the question. The problem framed before the solution. Facts validated by the buyer rather than assumed. Scored on recorded calls against a rubric, not on a manager's gut feel.

  • Leading, quarterly.

Stage conversion for the coached cohort. Deal size. Cycle time, including time to qualify out. Net new deals per rep. These move first, and they move long before the board sees anything.

  • Lagging, twelve to twenty four months.

Win rate, sales productivity, retention and expansion. Where your board looks, and the last place a change in behavior ever shows up.

How you will know it is working, before the revenue moves.

There are results in every quarter and you will see them early. The commitment is twenty four months with those interim measures on the table, because changing course in month seven resets the clock and you start over.
